As the Chief Operating Officer Readhunt, Steve drives business excellence and efficiency across SRT & Partners. With over 30 years of experience in operational leadership, he ensures seamless processes, execution of the compliance function combined with high-quality service delivery.

Martin is Chief Financial Officer of Readhunt responsible for both steering financial strategy and delivering stability. With over 30 years of experience in financial management within the finance sector, he brings a meticulous and forward-thinking approach to optimising performance across diverse industries. Martin ensures solutions remain profitable and sustainable and supports businesses in securing funding.

As Divisional Director, Readhunt London Markets, Spike plays a pivotal role in steering client strategy and broking operations within the Lloyd’s and broader London insurance markets. He brings insight into complex risk solutions and enjoys excellent relationships with Lloyd’s underwriters. Spike has built a strong reputation in structuring creative market solutions tailored to global clients, and has forged strategic partnerships across the industry. He has a collaborative client-first approach.

Mike has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and established Readhunt in 2002 with a mission to create a trusted, customer-focused insurance broking service for businesses, no matter what size or sector. Putting clients first, exploring the best tailored solutions and delivering exceptional service is at the heart of Readhunt’s ethos. As Account Director, Mike continues to ensure the Readhunt values are nurtured throughout the business and each client receives a first class, personal service.

Laura is a Senior Account Handler at Readhunt, bringing over a decade of experience and a strong, client-focused approach to her role. Laura is integral to managing major group commercial clients, from handling renewals to marketing and new business, and has particular expertise within motor trade. Known for her approachable style and trusted relationships with both clients, insurers and colleagues, Laura is highly organised, modelling smooth and efficient workflow to drive success. Laura supports the wider team in marketing and manages company accounts. Laura holds the Cert CII qualification.

Pat brings over 30 years of industry experience to Readhunt clients who benefit from his calm, approachable style and his tenacious and unwavering dedication. Pat is a highly respected figure in the industry. His technical knowledge and expertise in navigating complex policy wordings is second to none.

With over seven years of experience in the insurance claims industry, Dominic brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to every case he handles. His expertise spans multiple sectors – including fleet, motor trade, property and liability – giving him a deep, practical understanding of complex commercial claims. Having worked on both the insurer and broker sides, Dominic offers rare insight into the full lifecycle of a claim. He has also played a key role in driving transformation and efficiency through claims improvement projects, consistently focused on delivering better outcomes for clients.

As Senior Account Handler at Readhunt, Olivia provides end-to-end management of insurance policy placements, delivering a high standard of service tailored to each client and their specific needs. With a strong background in financial lines insurance and the Lloyd’s London Market, she ensures commercial client needs are accurately represented and fully compliant with regulatory standards throughout the policy lifecycle. Ashleigh Naughton Cert CII is an experienced Account Handler at Readhunt and encompasses a strong blend of industry knowledge and client-focused service. Ashleigh works with a wide range of businesses across sectors, managing diverse commercial insurance policies including Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Construction, Marine Cargo, Professional Indemnity, among others. With an analytical eye and a practical understanding of how insurance supports different business models, she is known for her attention to detail and her commitment to delivering clear, tailored solutions. Ashleigh is passionate about making insurance accessible and effective, taking pride in building long-term relationships with her clients.

Lewis is a Commercial Account Handler at Readhunt using his insurance product expertise and client focussed approach to deliver the right tailored commercial insurance solutions to a wide range of clients. Since joining the team in early 2025, Lewis has established a strong reputation among clients and insurers with his knowledge of commercial risk. Lewis delivers both a professional and approachable service and takes pride in working closely with clients and insurers to ensure every business is appropriately protected.

Woody joined Readhunt in February 2025 as Insurance Technician, supporting clients with day-to-day enquiries, assisting in the resolution of issues and liaising with insurers to help ensure seamless service delivery. Eager to build a long-term career in the insurance industry, he is currently developing his knowledge of commercial insurance and is committed to growing his expertise within the profession. Known for his positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges, Woody brings energy and reliability to his role.
